I agree about personalization from a observer for ranks from, but mostly NIP-85 tags aren't meant to be personalized, I still not convinced simple counts like zap amount (zap_amt_sent) of user alice should be counted differently for each observer, it's simple zap amount counter of alice, it's a simple global value, I somewhat wish NIP-85 was split into global tags and personalized tags.
