a thing that happened on sunday affected me so much that i can't function very well today. wasn't even big. thought that I'd be over it. i even cried about it. but i guess my brain just processed it differently than i expected. it then evolved to self-pity and i started thinking less of myself which i don't do (anymore) so i guess it hit me to my core? my heart started hurting while im doing my little cry, real drama queen that one. I've been so very kind to myself so idk why 🤷🏻‍♂️
