Does anyone here think about inheritance and more importantly have a solid non custodial approach when you cannot trust (or have) extended family and therefore also need to think adversarially about 3rd parties once you die?
I start looking at closed wills, family trusts, multisig, jurisdictional issues and it's quite hard to be both protectively comprehensive yet also not so complex that your kids are left in a confused mess.
Does anyone think they have a rock solid approach?
