What sort of work did you say you do?" His companion inquired over her glass of sherry. "I'm an agentic coder." He settled on the grilled cheese, if it included the cookie, it was hard to tell.
"Oh really? But what do you do for an income?" Her face seemed to have trouble settling on genuinely curious or genuinely horrified. Either way it was genuine. "I do work for a veriety of clients." "Yard work?" "Some, but I have a few promising prompts and ideas for 3 or 4 more." "Would you like me to pick up the check?" "If you wouldn't mind."
