Would anyone provide some advice for telling my boss that I'm no longer staying up late or getting up early to meet with offshore people? It wasn't in the job description and now that I have twin infants it's just not feasible.

Its not my responsibility that he can't make his multi-TZ team cross functional asynchronously so things become urgent at the drop of a hat. A big part of agile teams is that they are cross functional, but he has everything designed in the silo of one person's head and then when a handoff needs to be made it's almost always at the drop of a hat when it could have been forseen that these people would need to know what is going on.

I just had to rearchitect an entire application in 2 days because I wouldn't be granted access to some other account to run this highly sensitive code base which I built as a POC and never was asked to productionize it nor were any real product/code reviews given.
