I think it si also significant that these counter demonstrators/antifa/decent people whatever seemed to outnumber the thugs and terrorists by a significant number.

And they had a legitimate grievence against the police for failing to protect them.

And yet, there was no violence.

Almost as if - those who commit violence like this are just fascist terrorists, not "ordinary people with a grievence". Despite what the fascist politiians say.
