This is 100% wrong coming from the regulators and it’s the same garbage that was put forward in Florida. This could only apply to homes w/ a bidirectional meter and those homes provide the grid with surplus energy for pennies. Access tariffs = a double charge. CR was supposed to expand #renewables by eliminating the import duty. This country cannot afford to not expand #solar.
