The goal was to take two CSV files from my ... ahem ... "accounting software" (some pretty basic Airtables) and make them ready for a *real* accounting software (formats, delimiters, etc.)
It took me a bit more than an hour... rapidly prototyped with Rust, cranking a few crates together (it's mostly serde and csv), than ironed out the usage a bit. It's actually quite nice.
