While I would like to believe M Carney is making all these decisions, it is far more likely he, and the legislation being tabled in his name, are being manipulated.
It is also important to be reminded that, unlike most MPs, M Carney does not have a degree in law, or in polisci. He is rather unprepared to swim in this sharktank.
