luckily the instance here is pretty stock (and pulled via git), it’s just a matter of collecting up all the steps and adds between this antique and the current head. That’s… fun. Especially because I can’t tell whether it’s OK to do all the support stuff early or if just upgrading Ruby or something will break everything.
