if you're gaming the 7800x3d is better but it's AM5 and you'll need DDR5 ram for it.
5900XT is still a solid process but it's AM4 so it will use DDR4 generation memory it's not as good for gaming but it can still handle everything out in the market without issue. the X3D cpus are better though because of the larger L3 cache 96MB instead of 32MB.
