Sugar... so hard to avoid, so very good to live without. My GF is doing keto for the 1st time this year and now, after about 3 Month decided to not do cheat days anymore - The price of feeling fucked by carbs & sugar for 2 days no longer is worth any kind of short lived sweet pleasure... Of course, mom calls in 2 times a day to check if we already starved to death due to not eating rice - one step at a time 😉
