alternative thoughts on legality:
- if its broadcast privately to friends via iroh instead of on public internet do different laws apply?
- also interested in just broadcasting metadata, along with something that provides yt-dlp/soulseek commands to seamlessly find the songs from the metadata (rehydratable broadcast?)
- or it can just be anon and illegal like soulseek if thats the route with the most legal clarity (sometimes being illegal and uncensorable is more resilient infra anyway)
