Average IQ in Israel is actually below average.
Jews argue about why this is, but studies of jewish IQ are pretty inconsistent.
In my personal life, I've also observed that they seem to lack an ability for long-term planning - while they're excellent tactical thinkers, they're poor strategic thinkers. This is purely anecdotal, but others seem to agree.
