if you don't care about your medical data being stolen - well, then don't encrypt it, throw it in a cloud or straight publish all of it on your website.
But you will still care about your medical data being lost, or even worse, being there but not available between different health providers.
The easiest solution for both of those problems would be to just allow people to take their data home.
