The challenges with the Paranoids are all downstream of the constant company shape and business model changes at the top. Is Yahoo a tech company? A platform? A holding company with many various services? A media company? Every CEO (there were four of them in 2012, three from 2017-2018) has a different answer to that.
Sean Zadig (npub1ypu…wppa) built up a great team and is doing his best to protect his people but it is hard to do that on shifting sands.
