After our ridiculously warm and dry "winter", I can at least do outdoors garden prep. Even if it would be foolish to get seeds in the ground. There's compost to be spread, broadforking to do, etc. So, we're about to get started even as we're shaking our heads in disbelief about it being Feb 13 and continuing to refuse to turn the water back on in the garden ...
