this could totally be a one-off but my friend (who I originally referred to Hover back when they were sponsoring all the podcasts) was trying to get help last week getting a domain working right with Google Workspace again and their formerly legendary support was just awful, not only failing to actually help, but suggesting that because she was trying to use Google Workspace she was trying to use a competitor's products and was thus not entitled to help?
