The audiobook is unlistenable. I have a physical copy, the audio book and PDF loaded on my e-reader. Thus far I've found the physical copy to be the simplest to read. But it's very dense. I feel like it could be 3 books.
Miner fees aren't inflationary unless you're talking about the block reward, in which case it's exponentially decreasing inflation and ultimately zero inflation
