My theory is as of now that the 20 year old was convinced he was part of the detail to protect DJT. Only because he didn't have any line of disgruntle trails. He also might have been an MKULTRA type and he may also have been another SSRI patient. But if he was a patsy then the shooter may have been a pro and missed or missed on purpose. Never underestimate the machinations of the very elite for False Flag Demonstrations.
I have no knowledge of the reality and only a small handful of people do. We can speculate but we don't know. It should not have happened so my theory that he thought he was part of the team is based on that the team on the periphery may have been the real op and they had someone who would play the part only to get shot by the real protection snipers.
