I don't have enough spoons to gather thoughts on so.s, so right now I only want to say that if you are not a tech-person and feel unequipped to do this migrate-thing: please don't worry too much about it. There are plenty of blogposts to talk you through it, and in the end it's just exporting and importing a few things at the correct place.
I am not a tech-person and I have done it :) I remember feeling stressed about it but that's not necessary.
My inbox is open and I'm sure a lot of others' are as well.
