I just put in my availability "request" since I'm going back to college, but the part I don't understand is why I have to request my availability.
I will be taking three days to do schoolwork and actually relax so if they schedule me then I will not work to the "best" I show them (what I think $1 over minimum wage's effort should be).
I bet they let it sit there and then get surprised when I work like a slug on those days.
This is requested two weeks in advance for clarity
