Someone just told me Peter Thiel was gay, which I didn't know, so off I went to his Wikipedia page to check. And there are paragraphs and paragraphs on his batshit insane theology/philosophy whatever it is. And I really resent the fact that because this guy is insanely rich and powerful we have to devote this much attention to making sense of the sort of nonsense that if someone random startled rambling it to in the pub you'd finish you drink as fast as possible and move somewhere else instead of devoting time and energy trying to make sense of it.
