I'd be interested in your definition of "control", it seems it might be different from mine.
My definition of "control" here includes, e.g.:<li><p>I'm free to use the wallet, or stay analog, for all time to come, when I become ill, old or poor</p></li><li><p>I can have multiple wallets, also for made-up identities, and use them in context-dependent manners, to protect my privacy and anonymity</p></li><li><p>I can block the creation (or at the very least demand deletion) of transaction logs, at any point in time</p></li>
etc.
At the moment, I just see different approaches to denying me these and other means of control, by both types of adversaries.
