I love his instance. I'd feel right at home here, if I had any appreciable understanding of maths.

All I believe is that this reeks (in a positive way) of Quaternions, somehow, but then I thought subatomic particles are no longer considered to be in "orbits" in the Keplerian sense, but rather in probability clouds of some sorts - for which spherical harmonics might be more applicable visualizations.
