Thankyou, I really didn't want to go down the HRT route but I NEED to so I'm doing it topically not orally, that suits me better. I reckon things will be a lot better by September, I just need to stick at it. I don't take any other meds, all my bloods come back perfect, no diabetes or thyroid trouble and my blood pressure is low to normal. I could do with losing weight, but that's it. 😕
