the master branch is quite broken because I've pushed a few breaking changes, and it's not finished yet. However, when v1 is released, Coop will automatically set up NIP-4e for users who don't have it yet.

When receiving a gift wrap event, Coop will check which subscription the event came from, then choose to unwrap it with either the dekey or the user's key.

When sending a message, Coop will automatically use the dekey if both the sender and receiver are NIP-4e ready (or users can choose which signer to use)
