I wish I thought that were the case. I think they're all thinking that, yeah, sure, we want to deport the BAD Mexicans, but we don't want to deport the GOOD Mexicans. Somehow, they think this whole business is about good vs. evil. They don't know it's all about white vs. brown. When their good friend is shipped off in a full-body restraining bag, they'll shake their heads and think it is all just a mistake, rather than precisely what their leader wanted all along.
