The question which I don't know the answer to is whether the RMV is going to let me submit the title paperwork that's in my wife's name, or if she has to do it. I have no way to find out, because the Massachusetts RMV literally does not let people call them on the phone to ask questions. Which completely sucks and is totally unacceptable, of course.
I'm just going to have to show up and hope they'll let me submit the paperwork.
