I don’t like taxes either, but a lot of crypto ppl don’t understand the potential consequences of their actions.
Like sure, you could say “oh I just made a feature that people asked for that allows you to send anon zaps” but a federal prosecutor might say “actually you produced a system that was explicitly designed to circumvent tracing the source of funds, which violates AML laws”.
Look at what happened to the tornado cash guy, for example.
