Mine's not doing great, I keep destroying and sabotaging everything I have, trying to protect myself from past traumas. Also having touch deprivation is tortuous and makes it worse.

Mine's not doing great, I keep destroying and sabotaging everything I have, trying to protect myself from past traumas. Also having touch deprivation is tortuous and makes it worse.
