Lesson learned ...
There is no such thing as an air gapped wallet when it comes to blockchain. Anyone can guess your secret key and transfer your coin because the blockchain is always connected to the internet and which is always running. Your coin isn't really being "held" in a hardware device. You coin is always on the blockchain, not on the hardware device.
These things will become easier to hack as tech capabilities increase.
