Unfortunately, there have been numerous lawsuits about this heat issue that has been killing prisoners in Texas going back years. Despite the victories in court, they never result in prison conditions changing.
I don't know what can be done at this point. All the prison officials in Texas and the lawmakers that allow them to exist are guilty of killing hundreds of people.
