Neighbor dropped off more fresh arugula (I think Sunday sometime), but I hadn't planned on it and dinner this week is butter "chick'n", though I need to make more rice. Does arugula work with butter "chick'n"? Is it worth briefly wilting it and adding it or will this be a terrible waste of someone's homegrown produce?
