One of the cars mentioned in this article, the one about baby s, I find really upsetting. The judge gives way too much leeway to the fathers especially after noting they were not honest with the fertility clinic about the one father’s head injury, and noted that there were concerns about how carefully said father was handling the baby (and yet he didn’t have to testify about anything), I can’t help but think the baby’s other father was hiding information from the court and it’s still clear the baby was injured while in their care.
