I just realized that there are people today in their 30s who weren't yet alive when Bill Clinton made his infamous much-lampooned comment about inhaling. So perhaps my "who inhale" was an obscure old man's joke. In 1992 when pressed during a debate, old Bill infamously replied that "I experimented with marijuana a time or two, and I didn’t like it. I didn’t inhale it, and never tried it again." And thus did "I didn't inhale" become the stereotypical weak-sauce excuse for an entire generation.
