I just now was made aware of the ToS changes thanks to the blog post, and I must say that I'm opossed to §2 (1) 1.

The way it is written makes it seem like that we need to allow people to commercially use the content, even if we don't want that (And that licenses prohibiting that may not be acceptable by these terms).

Of course I may misunderstand this now, but this just shows how vague the writing is, to allow such misunderstanding in the first place.
