The manufacturer used a texturing technique to give the cabinet the appearance that it was old and had been painted many times. Its rough surface made painting the straight lines very difficult! I had to use a small painting guide to keep things aligned.
First I painted the trim a vintage ivory. My fingers were aching from holding the brush so precisely.
