Why is it always surprising when you learn of someone struggling internally.
My project manager opened up about the stress he has about his job. He is crazy good at what he does and is a critical part of the team. But he worries everyday that today is the day he gets fired.
Sucks to live that way. I tell him that he does not need to worry but my words only do so much.
Check on your coworkers/ friends / family. Ask how they are doing. Mean it then shut up and let them talk. It’s amazing how much good just listening an do.
