Perhaps when a client onboards a new user it could suggest they post a message with #introductions or #intro or #newbie or something that could even put them in a list or algorithm of new users that be checked out and followed.
Perhaps some client can offer a feed of new users based on some parameters of when they joined up to a certain amount of time.
