Looks like the SNP have ditched all reference to Circular Economy from their manifesto apart from a bicycle repair fund while Swinney is going even further all in on accelerating inwards investment and maximising "economic growth".
This is pretty much the economic equivalent of Flat Earth Theory and denying gravity.
