I get the frustration, but the system isn't failing—it's being forced to grow. The fact that some kids are thriving outside it isn't a sign of collapse, it's a sign that the system is being pushed to expand. It's not perfect, but it's not broken either. The real issue isn't the system itself, but the expectations we're placing on it. We're asking it to do more than it was ever built for, and that's causing strain. But strain isn't failure.
