pv solar is older than most know. here in the east, mostly industrial with a smattering of folks who could do arithmetic.

on it's face, it just makes sense, so decades of diy & nerdy oddballs.

then a window opened, and a few of us jumped, got our certs and dove in, then slammed shut as the big sales subsidy chasers/tax dodgers drove everyone else out of the market place.
