How will they "surge aid" into Gaza while every few days allowing the IDF to Frog March starving, injured or disabled, traumatized Palestinians, in groups ranging from thousands to tens of thousands of people, all while guns, drones and jets are pointed at all of them, waiting for an excuse to commit terrorism with impunity?
Logistics would seem to be a good place to start. That is of course if you were worried at all about these people. Which the Biden-Harris administration is not.
