In America, we get the transition we can afford. That's not just money and privilege and insurance, that's mental health. I've been on HRT for five years and I've done laser and that's entirely *it*. It's what circumstances allowed for. Now circumstances have changed and I'm bogged down by executive function, a spoons shortage, and a to-survive-oregon list that just keeps expanding.
