What code is closed source? I threw codex at this, was able to validate the PCR values and see zero evidence of any closed source code in the enclave. Some stuff like that rust compiler wasn't built from source but it's pretty damn good for a one developer project.
And there's nothing wrong with outsourcing inference to another provider. There are economies of scale here, and cryptographic attestation works the same in either case.
