Thank you for pointing out that the merchant needs to signup for BCHPAY.Cash to get listed. Since we are just testing their existing payments that is no longer a requirement for the 1 BCH bounty. I think if the transaction fails or the merchant is not listed on Paytaca Maps having them complete verification is a good new requirement to receive the 1 BCH.
