They need some expectation that there's work available other than the MOD contract, where H&W is a big subcontractor to Navantia.

I wonder if they're expecting a grant or loan guarantee from UK Gov, or if it's still feasible on the MOD contract with selling other parts of the business for scrap and land.

I doubt it's politically acceptable for the MOD support ships to be built in Cadiz.
