In fractional reserve banking, privatizing the profits and socializing the losses is the norm. If you lend your money to a bank, your money is their liability only on paper. In reality it has been converted to debt many times over and it has been treated as a bank's assets. This is Ponzi 100%!!
The only reason banks can exist is that not even 10% of depositors don't withdraw their funds simultaneously.
They will have all the money on paper in your ledger but nothing to give you as real money.
