Yesterday #Russia dropped a ODAB-1500, a one-and-a-half-tonne aerial glide bomb, on the centre of #Kramatorsk, but it did not explode.

If it had exploded, today we would be reading about dozens, if not hundreds, of victims, because the bomb fell during the day in a residential area with several supermarkets, where there are usually crowds of people.

There are no military facilities there, so it can be assumed that the sole purpose of the bombing was to terrorise the approximately 40,000 civilians remaining in the Kramatorsk agglomeration, just as the Russians did in Mariupol.
